Garnet Yam Dip


Last night – I baked an extra garnet yam with dinner and tossed it in the refrigerator. Today – I peeled it and mashed the flesh with plain yogurt and Himalayan pink salt. Garnet Yam Dip for raw veggies, my choice today, Belgian Endive.  As a bonus for the pups-the yam skins – Healthy pets are happy pets 😉
