#9 – My Outside Gym

I choose to change the way I view a physical workout. I’m not a big fan of going to the gym. I’d rather be outdoors climbing a hill, a mountain or walking anywhere in nature.

I plan to get outside more and use that time for being physically active.

A large number of us are indoors more often that out; I think it’s important to find a renewed sense of being by feeling, seeing, hearing and smelling the great outdoors, the sunshine, the rain and the breeze.

My new habit is to get outside every day!
