My Kitchen Takeover & Pumpkin Cookies

My son, Ryan, spent 4 months on the west coast. He returned home Oct. 1st and he’s staying with me until he finds a place to relocate. He’s 26 and fun to have around so I’m enjoying it while it lasts. Celery Juice for Better Sleep

I have something interesting and exciting to share! Anyone who really knows me, knows that I’m a pretty poor sleeper. I feel tired, I go to bed, I toss and turn for hours. Slice 1…… Continue reading Browned Tempeh with Marinara Snack

Sorghum

My new favorite gluten free grain You can pop it like you would make popcorn, simmer it and use it in a wide variety of ways. I made a curried sorghum salad from Bob’s Red Mill sorghum. I did pop some too, it tasted good and looked like cute little popcorn!
